Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

What is SEO?

Major search engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo have listings referred to as organic (non-paid) search results. These results consist of web pages and content such as videos or local listings shown and ranked based on what the search engine considers most relevant to the terms and phrases (keywords) a user searches for. Search engine optimization focuses on both the technical and creative elements essential to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase awareness of your website and other online content in those organic search results.

What factors affect SEO?

Since search engines sometimes change the methods they use to evaluate and rank web pages and other online content, SEO is an on-going process. Many factors can affect SEO such as the words on your web page, the ways that other sites link to you, structuring your website in a way that search engines understand, and much more. It's also about building trust with your audience, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and giving them quality content.

What We Do

We broadly focus our SEO work on the on-website (the content / structure of the website and its pages) and off-website (directories, social media, blogs, press releases, review sites, etc.) aspects. For new projects, every step or task in the process will be governed by generally accepted SEO best practices, conventions, and standards. If you already have a website, we can perform an audit of your website and other online content in order to build a plan with steps that can optimize their visibility in the organic search results. We'll work with you to determine what steps will be implemented to attract, engage, and convert visitors on your site.
