Discover & Plan
The purpose of the Discover & Plan stage is to gain a detailed understanding of the project and then form an actionable plan. We take a comprehensive approach, working closely with you, to identify your business and the project's objectives, goals, requirements, and scope. Your website is at the core of this process as it's your branded digital hub for your online presence. We then expand out to realize how each component of the project integrates and / or impacts all of your relevant digital properties. We gather relevant information, data, brand assets, content, etc. and identify what is needed. From there, we build out a detailed strategic plan to implement the digital initiative(s) that support your online growth.
Design
We approach the design stage from both a visual and a functional perspective, setting a solid foundation and blueprint for your online business. Not only do we care about colors, imagery, and fonts, but we pay close attention to many other details such as layouts, textures, icons, navigation, and information hierarchy. We optimize site structure, content, and flow to make your website intuitive and user-friendly. With your feedback and revisions, we partner with you in a collaborative manner, task-oriented style to develop a look and feel that reinforces your brand and the project's vision.
Develop
At this stage, the final design takes its shape and the idea comes to life. We will use valid cutting-edge and generally accepted coding practices and standards to ensure your website works quickly, reliably, and across a majority of platforms. You can rest-assured that your site will be compatible and adaptable to multiple devices (smartphone, tablet, and desktop computers). We will implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques that follow search engine guidelines. Our content management system (CMS) development will make managing and updating your site simple. We conduct quality assurance testing, including cross-browser and cross-platform tests.
Launch & Support
Upon final approval and website launch, we will be on standby during post-launch monitoring for 1-2 days. For websites that are complete, we will train you and your staff on how to make changes in the content management system. Even though you may have the tools and system to manage the content on your website and other digital properties, you might not have the time. No problem. We'll be available. We also offer website maintenance services, so we can make additions, updates, and / or changes for you.
